Chicken Meat Rolls Recipe – The Ultimate Guide to Flavor-Packed Homemade Rolls

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 4 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • 4 slices deli ham (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Divide mixture into 4 portions. Flatten each portion into a rectangle.

  • Place a slice of cheese (and ham if using) in the center, then roll tightly into a log shape.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Cook chicken rolls for 4–5 minutes per side, turning until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

 

  • Let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
