Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper, to taste

4 slices mozzarella or cheddar cheese

4 slices deli ham (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Divide mixture into 4 portions. Flatten each portion into a rectangle.

Place a slice of cheese (and ham if using) in the center, then roll tightly into a log shape.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook chicken rolls for 4–5 minutes per side, turning until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

Let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
