- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens
Instructions
- Prepare the filling – In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Make the dressing – In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix everything – Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Assemble the wraps – Lay out the tortillas, add a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens, and spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
