Chinese Buffet Crab Casserole – Creamy, Cheesy, and Irresistibly Delicious

For the Casserole:

1 lb imitation crab meat (flaked or chopped)

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp paprika

¼ cup green onions (chopped)

Salt & pepper to taste

For Topping:

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp parsley (optional)


Instructions

Prepare the Mixture:

 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Fold in imitation crab meat, cheddar cheese, and green onions until combined.

Assemble the Casserole:

4. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

5. In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle on top of the casserole.

 

Bake:

6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

 

Serve:

7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with crackers, garlic bread, or over rice.
