Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.

Mix the Wet Ingredients:

In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, and brown sugar until smooth.

Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
