1 package (16 oz) refrigerated cookie dough (or homemade cookie dough)
1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (or melted chocolate)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 cup caramel or chocolate drizzle (optional)
Whipped cream or ice cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a round pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Cookie Crust:
Roll out the cookie dough into a large circle (about 1/4-inch thick) on the prepared pan.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before adding toppings.
Add Toppings:
Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and nuts (if using).
Drizzle and Serve:
Drizzle caramel or melted chocolate over the top for extra sweetness.
Slice like a pizza and serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
