3 cups frozen sweet peas (thawed)

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Peas:

Rinse frozen peas under cold water and let them drain completely. Pat dry with a paper towel.

In a large bowl, combine peas, shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham (or bacon), and diced red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (if using), Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
