2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and dill.

In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream (or yogurt), vinegar or lemon juice, sugar (if using), salt, and pepper.

Pour dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat.

Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
