1 ½ lbs chicken tenders
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Make the Crack Mixture:

    • In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.

  • Assemble the Tenders:

    • Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.

    • Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture over each tender.

    • Press the cream cheese side into the crushed crackers or breadcrumbs to coat.

  • Bake:

    • Arrange coated tenders in the baking dish, crumb side up.

    • Drizzle with melted butter.

    • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown.

 

  • Serve:

    • Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.

    • Serve hot with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce.
