Ingredients
1 ½ lbs chicken tenders
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Make the Crack Mixture:

In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.

Assemble the Tenders:

Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.

Spread a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture over each tender.

Press the cream cheese side into the crushed crackers or breadcrumbs to coat.

Arrange coated tenders in the baking dish, crumb side up.
