Ingredients
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup unsalted butter (softened)
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar (packed)
1 egg
2 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Prepare Wet Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
Mix in the egg, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
Combine & Add Chocolate Chips:
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
Fold in white chocolate chips.
Bake the Cookies:
Drop tablespoon-sized dough portions onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
Cool & Serve:
Let cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
