Creamy Beef Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or rotini)

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic.

  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Lower heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy and smooth.

  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing until well coated in sauce.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
