Ingredients

12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or rotini)

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic.

Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Lower heat and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy and smooth.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing until well coated in sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
