-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
-
Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions
Cook the Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
Stir in 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove beef and set aside.
Sauté Veggies:
In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
Make the Sauce:
Add beef broth, heavy cream, and remaining 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning. Bring to a gentle boil.
Add Noodles:
Stir in uncooked egg noodles. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and sauce thickens.
Combine:
Return cooked beef to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot!
