Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (divided)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

12 oz fettuccine pasta (uncooked)

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Season chicken with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic, bell peppers, and onion until softened.

Add heavy cream, chicken broth, remaining Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

Stir in Parmesan until sauce is smooth and creamy.

Add cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet, tossing to coat well.

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
