250 g cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp butter

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1 cup heavy cream (30%)

½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

½ cup spinach (chopped, optional)

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped, optional)
Instructions

Cook the Tortellini:

Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Creamy Sauce:

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Let the sauce thicken for 2-3 minutes.

Combine & Serve:

Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat.

Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes (if using) and cook for 1 more minute.

Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan.
