Creamy Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells Recipe

20 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 egg

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups spinach, chopped (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, spinach (if using), salt, and pepper.

Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken and cheese mixture, and place them in the prepared dish.

Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure they’re evenly coated.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
