Creamy Crack Chicken Gnocchi Recipe

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked & shredded

  • 1 (16 oz) package potato gnocchi

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  • Add chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Add cooked gnocchi and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

  • Let simmer for 2–3 more minutes until heated through and thickened.

  • Garnish with parsley before serving.
