2 large chicken breasts, cooked & shredded

1 (16 oz) package potato gnocchi

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon bits

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add cooked gnocchi and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

Let simmer for 2–3 more minutes until heated through and thickened.

Garnish with parsley before serving.
