For the Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter

5 garlic cloves (minced)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions

Cook the Chicken:

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.

Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
