For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (halved lengthwise)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)


Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken:

    • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    • Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  • Make the Sauce:

    • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

    • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.

    • Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.

    • Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  • Combine Everything:

    • Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.

    • Simmer for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

 

  • Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.

    • Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
