2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin

2 cups cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear until golden brown and fully cooked, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and slice.

In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thickened.

Add cooked tortellini, broccoli, and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss until everything is well coated and creamy.

Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
