Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and spread the honey-mustard mixture evenly over the top.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the coated chicken.

In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheese layer.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and topping is golden brown.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving, if desired.
