Creamy Italian Cheese Pasta Recipe: Rich, Cheesy, and Delicious

12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or penne)

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup milk

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish


Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Reduce heat to low and pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine.

Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and provolone cheese, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.

Season with salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using.

Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil or parsley.

Serve warm and enjoy.
