Ingredients

1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

2 medium potatoes, diced (optional for heartier meal)

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add kielbasa slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.

Add potatoes (if using) and cook until lightly browned and partially tender.

Stir in broccoli and chicken broth, cover, and steam until broccoli is bright green and tender.

Pour in heavy cream, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

Return kielbasa to the skillet, mix well, and heat through.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
