Creamy Kielbasa Broccoli Skillet Recipe

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 medium potatoes, diced (optional for heartier meal)

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add kielbasa slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened.

  • Add potatoes (if using) and cook until lightly browned and partially tender.

  • Stir in broccoli and chicken broth, cover, and steam until broccoli is bright green and tender.

  • Pour in heavy cream, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.

  • Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

  • Return kielbasa to the skillet, mix well, and heat through.

 

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
