Creamy Ranch Chicken Casserole Recipe

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, vegetables (if using), salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  4. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy creamy, cheesy comfort in every bite.
