3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)

1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

4 tbsp melted butter

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, vegetables (if using), salt, and pepper.

Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
