Ingredients
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and chopped
1/2 lb crab meat (imitation or real)
1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a skillet, cook the chopped shrimp over medium heat until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until smooth.
Fold in the spinach, cooked shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced bread!
