2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar)

1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 large flour tortillas or wraps
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce

Olive oil spray or cooking spray
Instructions

Marinate Chicken:
In a bowl, combine chicken strips with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and buttermilk. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge). -
Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes. -
Bread Chicken:
In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off, then coat in breadcrumb mixture. -
Air Fry Chicken:
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
Place chicken strips in the basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Spray tops with oil.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. -
Assemble Wraps:
On each tortilla, spread a spoonful of marinara sauce.
Add crispy chicken strips and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Roll tightly into a wrap and press seam-side down. -
Crisp the Wraps (Optional):
For extra crunch, place wrapped tortillas back in the air fryer for 3–5 minutes until lightly browned and cheese is melty.

Slice in half and serve with extra marinara or ranch for dipping.
