Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

6 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

4 sandwich rolls or slices of thick bread

2 tbsp butter (for toasting)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix chicken, ranch dressing, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, garlic powder, salt & pepper until combined.

Spread mixture evenly onto sandwich rolls or bread slices.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

For extra crispiness, butter the tops of the bread and broil for 1–2 minutes.
