Crispy Bacon & Ranch Chicken Melt Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 4 sandwich rolls or slices of thick bread

  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, ranch dressing, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, bacon, garlic powder, salt & pepper until combined.

  3. Spread mixture evenly onto sandwich rolls or bread slices.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. For extra crispiness, butter the tops of the bread and broil for 1–2 minutes.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy a melty, bacon-loaded bite!
