1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken tender first in flour, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the tenders.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
