4 boneless pork chops

Honey Garlic Sauce:

¼ cup honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon butter

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Prepare the Pork Chops:

Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Bread the Pork Chops:

Coat each chop in flour, then dip into beaten eggs, and finally press into panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.

Cook the Pork Chops:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
