Instructions

Prepare Breading Station:

Place flour in one bowl.

In another bowl, beat the eggs.

In a third bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Coat the Artichokes:

Dredge each artichoke heart in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with the panko-Parmesan mixture.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry artichokes for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
