  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)

For Serving:

  • ½ cup marinara sauce or ranch dressing

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.

  • Set Up Breading Stations:

    • Place flour in one shallow bowl.

    • Beat eggs in a second bowl.

    • In a third bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  • Bread the Cauliflower:

    • Dip each cauliflower floret into flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

    • Press gently to ensure even coating.

  • Bake Until Crispy:

    • Arrange cauliflower on the baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

    • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
