Crispy Parmesan Crusted Salmon Recipe: A Perfect Seafood Delight

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Prepare the Parmesan Coating:

    • In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  • Coat the Salmon:

    • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

    • Brush the tops of each fillet with Dijon mustard to help the coating stick.

    • Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet, ensuring an even layer.

  • Bake the Salmon:

    • Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

    • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

 

  • Serve & Enjoy:

    • Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and serve warm.
