4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Parmesan Coating:

In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Salmon:

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

Brush the tops of each fillet with Dijon mustard to help the coating stick.

Press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet, ensuring an even layer.

Bake the Salmon:

Place the fillets on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
