2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)

3 garlic cloves (minced)

1 small red chili (sliced, optional)

2 green onions (chopped)

1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp:

Rinse and pat the shrimp dry, keeping the shells on for extra crispiness.

Coat the Shrimp:

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Toss the shrimp in the mixture until evenly coated.

Fry the Shrimp:

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Remove and drain on paper towels.

Sauté Aromatics:

In the same pan, remove excess oil, leaving about 1 tbsp.

Sauté garlic, red chili, and green onions for 1 minute.
