Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit dough piece and place a spoonful of the beef mixture and shredded cheese in the center.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal into a ball.
Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Brush over each dough ball.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
