Instructions

Bake the Sweet Potatoes:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Scrub the sweet potatoes, pierce them with a fork, and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until they are tender when pierced with a knife.

Prepare the BBQ Chicken:

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the shredded chicken.

Add BBQ sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well coated.

Simmer for 3-5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Slice open the baked sweet potatoes and fluff the insides with a fork.
