1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars

1 cup mini marshmallows

2 Hershey’s chocolate bars, broken into pieces
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough:

In a bowl, whisk together graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, and salt.

In another large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.

Combine the Ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Assemble the Bars:

Press 2/3 of the dough evenly into the prepared pan.

Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the dough.

Arrange Hershey’s chocolate pieces on top.

Crumble the remaining dough over the marshmallows and chocolate, leaving some areas exposed.

Bake & Cool:

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
