Easy Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps: The Ultimate Guide

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

  • 4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

1. Sauté Garlic Chicken:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat and heat through.

2. Mix in Creamy Cheese:
Lower the heat and stir in the sour cream and cream cheese until melted and creamy. Mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Stir until melted and everything is combined. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if using.

3. Assemble Wraps:
Warm the tortillas slightly. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center of each tortilla.

4. Wrap and Toast:
Fold in the sides and roll tightly. If desired, toast each wrap on a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

 

5. Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm. Great with a side of ranch, salsa, or a crisp salad!
