Ingredients
For the Beef Filling:
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade: 1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon paprika)
½ cup water
1 cup nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
For Assembling the Wraps:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup crushed nacho-flavored tortilla chips
½ cup sour cream (optional)
½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)
¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet for a few seconds to make them pliable.
Spread ¼ cup nacho cheese sauce over each tortilla.
Add a portion of the seasoned beef on top of the cheese sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheese and crushed nacho tortilla chips over the beef.
If using, add sour cream, diced tomatoes, green onions, or jalapeños.
Wrap and Cook:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly like a burrito.
Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and cook each wrap for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Slice in half and serve with extra nacho cheese sauce, salsa, or guacamole for dipping.
