1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup Caesar dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare Chickpeas:
In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Mix with Dressing:
Add Caesar dressing to the chickpeas and stir until well coated.
3. Assemble Wraps:
Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute romaine lettuce on each. Top with the chickpea mixture, Parmesan cheese, and cherry tomatoes if using.
4. Wrap Up:
Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
5. Serve:
Cut in half if desired and serve immediately or wrap for lunch on the go.
