Ingredients
-
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
-
1 cup brown sugar, packed
-
1/2 cup granulated sugar
-
2 large eggs
-
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
-
1 teaspoon baking soda
-
1/2 teaspoon salt
-
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 cup Nutella spread
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish or line with parchment paper.
2. Make Cookie Dough:
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
3. Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Assemble Pie:
Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the pie dish. Dollop Nutella over the dough, spreading it evenly but leaving a small border. Carefully top with remaining cookie dough, pressing gently to seal edges.
5. Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted near the edge comes out clean.
6. Cool & Serve:
Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm for gooey Nutella goodness!
