Easy Ranch Roasted Carrots Recipe – A Simple & Flavorful Side Dish

  • 1 lb carrots (peeled and cut into sticks or rounds)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  • Season the Carrots:
    In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

  • Roast:
    Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly golden on the edges.

 

  • Serve:
    Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
