1 lb carrots (peeled and cut into sticks or rounds)

1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix

1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. -
Season the Carrots:
In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until evenly coated. -
Roast:
Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and slightly golden on the edges.

Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
