Instructions
Make Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Whip Cream:
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Combine:
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
Prepare Cones:
Fill each waffle cone halfway with crushed graham crackers or crispy cereal for added crunch.
Fill Cones:
Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into cones, filling nearly to the top.
Top with Strawberries:
Add chopped fresh strawberries on top of the cheesecake filling.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
