  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

  • ¼ cup pesto sauce

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella into even rounds.

  • Assemble the Salad:

    • Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving platter, alternating them.

    • Tuck fresh basil leaves between the layers.

  • Make the Pesto Drizzle:
