1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled
1 banana (preferably frozen)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker smoothie)


Instructions

  • Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), vanilla, and ice to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

 

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
