½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions

Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), vanilla, and ice to a blender.
