  • Author: Hannah

Ingredients

Scale

1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent roll dough

8 large marshmallows

½ cup chocolate chips or chocolate squares

½ cup graham cracker crumbs

1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Chocolate sauce or caramel (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

Flatten each biscuit or crescent dough piece into a small circle.

Place one large marshmallow, a few chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs in the center of each piece.

Seal the Bombs:

Brush the edges of the dough with beaten egg to help seal.

Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to create a sealed ball.

Heat the Oil:

In a deep skillet or saucepan, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the S’mores Bombs:

Carefully drop each dough ball into the hot oil, frying for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Serve & Enjoy:

Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce, if desired.

Serve warm for the ultimate gooey s’mores experience!

Baking Alternative:

For a lighter version, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
