Fudgy Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies Recipe – Rich, Decadent & Irresistible

For the Brownies:
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder

For the Peanut Butter Swirl:
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.

  • Make the Brownie Batter:

    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar.

    • Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth.

    • Sift in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.

  • Make the Peanut Butter Swirl:

    • In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Assemble & Swirl:

    • Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

    • Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture on top.

    • Use a knife or toothpick to swirl it into the brownie batter.

  • Bake:

    • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

 

  • Cool & Serve:
