4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Seafood:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if broiling lobster tails.

Pat the scallops dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.

Brush lobster meat with 1 tablespoon melted butter and sprinkle with smoked paprika.

Cook the Lobster:

Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden.

Sear the Scallops:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add scallops in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same pan, melt the remaining butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then return scallops to the pan to coat in the sauce.
