Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme (or 1 tsp dried)

Optional: lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Prep the Pork Chops

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.

Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Sear the Chops

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add pork chops and cook for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely golden brown and internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).

Transfer chops to a plate and tent loosely with foil.
3. Make Garlic Butter Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter, garlic, and rosemary or thyme. Stir until garlic is fragrant (about 1 minute).
4. Return Chops to Pan

Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon garlic butter over the top.

Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes, basting constantly for extra flavor.
5. Serve

Serve hot with garlic butter spooned over each chop.

Garnish with fresh herbs and optional lemon wedges.
