Ingredients
For the Steak Bites:
1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Prepare the Steak:
Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Sear the Steak:
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
4. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
5. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
6. Add minced garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
7. Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
Combine & Serve:
8. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter sauce.
9. Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
