Ingredients
For the Steak:

300 g steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank, thinly sliced)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp cornstarch

½ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil
For the Noodles:

250 g noodles (ramen, udon, or rice noodles)

2 tbsp butter
-
4 garlic cloves (minced)

1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp oyster sauce
-
1 tsp honey
-
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)

1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

Marinate the Steak:

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Toss in the sliced steak and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Cook the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add the steak and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until caramelized. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Noodles:

Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 1 minute.

Combine & Serve:

Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce, then add the steak back in. Mix well to coat.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
