Garlic Butter Steak Lightning Noodles – The Ultimate Quick & Flavorful Meal

Ingredients

For the Steak:
  • 🥩 1 lb sirloin or flank steak (thinly sliced into strips)

  • 🧂 Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 🧄 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 🧈 3 tablespoons butter

  • 🌿 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Noodles:
  • 🍜 8 oz ramen or lo mein noodles (cooked & drained)

  • 🧈 2 tablespoons butter

  • 🍶 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 🍯 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for balance)

  • 🌶️ Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or chili oil


Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Prepare steak: Season sliced steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • Make garlic butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add sauce: Stir in soy sauce, honey, and optional red pepper flakes. Toss in cooked noodles until fully coated.

 

  • Combine: Return steak to the pan, toss everything together until warmed through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
