Ingredients
For the Steak:

🥩 1 lb sirloin or flank steak (thinly sliced into strips)

🧂 Salt & pepper, to taste

🧄 4 cloves garlic (minced)

🧈 3 tablespoons butter

🌿 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Noodles:

🍜 8 oz ramen or lo mein noodles (cooked & drained)

🧈 2 tablespoons butter

🍶 2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
🍯 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for balance)

🌶️ Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes or chili oil
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare steak: Season sliced steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Make garlic butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Add sauce: Stir in soy sauce, honey, and optional red pepper flakes. Toss in cooked noodles until fully coated.

Combine: Return steak to the pan, toss everything together until warmed through. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
