1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
Season Chicken:
In a bowl, toss chicken bites with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.

Make Garlic Lemon Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice and zest (if using).
Return Chicken:
Add chicken bites back to the skillet and toss to coat in the lemon garlic butter sauce. Cook for 1–2 minutes until heated through.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with rice, pasta, or roasted veggies. Enjoy!
