Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs: The Ultimate Savory Snack Recipe You Need to Try

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Cook Beef Mixture:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

Assemble Bombs:
Flatten each biscuit round slightly. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef-cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush and Top:
Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush over each cheeseburger bomb. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

 

Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
